Available - Friday Evening, Saturdays & Sundays.  Grand View is closed on all Holidays & Holiday weekends.

The Hall which seats 100 is a modernized replica of the 19^th Century barn.  The Marion Tavern section of the Farm is made up of 4 rooms accommodating 75.  Both sections are available for rent separately or together.

The Hall/Barn - capacity 100

• 60’x29’ with an upper loft sitting area 24’8” x 6’7”
• Complete Industrial Caterer’s Kitchen

The Tavern – 4 rooms - capacity 75 

• Tavern Kitchen – 20x22 440 sf w/ Fanners table (108x44) seats 10
• Tavern Tap Room – 23x16 368 sf w/ Fanners table (108x44) seats 10
• Tavern Parlor – 27.6x148 409 sf w/ 2 sofas, 1 Queen Ann chair, 4 side chairs, 4 benches.
• Tavern Dining Room – 14.5x15 218 sf w/dining table (83x53) 

Rates:

4 hour minimum is required on all rentals. 

The rental time must include time for setup, event & breakdown.
