2. Exemption Details

   New lawn exemptions are given in the spring (April/May) and the fall (September/October). The DPW does not give exemptions in the peak watering months of June, July, and August. Within this exemption you must follow the rule of "no watering between 9AM and 5PM."

   You are responsible for the cost of all water that goes through your meter.
