For property where a Site Plan has been previously approved, or for a relatively minor change to a property where there is no approved site plan, a property owner may receive permission to make changes to the development on that property by applying for a Site Plan Waiver.
To file a Site Plan Waiver you will need:
1. A certified abutters list from the Assessors Office (781-270-1650)
2. Completed Site Plan Waiver Application
3. A brief descripton of the proposal
4. Three full size (24" x 36") folder paper copies and I electronic pdf of the current approved site plan redlined to show proposed changs.
