The Burlington Police Department's Mental Health Clinician is available to assist individuals and families with a broad range of mental health issues including:

- Bipolar Disorder
- Depression
- Grief
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
- Schizophrenia/Psychosis
- Trauma
Our clinician is available to respond on-scene with officers for anyone experiencing a mental health issue. Crisis intervention and confidential short-term counseling can be provided along with information and referrals to appropriate agencies and resources as needed.
